Qualified starting at a small company for approx seven years, then moving on to site work for approx twelve years with two years working in germany , after that period have been working for myself as P D Jane Brickwork.
My work speaks for its self i work in a clean and tidy manner always i lay down tarpaulins or boarding where needed unlike a lot of builders respecting clients property and always clearing away debris . I look at it from a client perspective how would i feel if was left with work done by a cowboy with shoddy workmanship and rubbish left every where,i would not be happy or impressed and quite rightly be reluctant to pay.
I have been taught by a very good tradesmen when i first started out and still use his methods today laying bricks and pointing in a correct manner always brushing brickwork off then going over the work again polishing the jointing with the jointing iron or pointing trowel whatever the joint may be. These high standards have given me a lot work and contacts over the years. The reason i have chosen to join tradesmen quoter is i am always keen to work with new clients as well as existing.
When i measure and price up for work i always turn up on time and if there is a time im running late i will always contact the client and inform them of my situation but thankfully that is very rare. Once the work is price i will either post the quote or deliver to your door.
Payment schedules I do require 20% deposit once work commences when labour and materials or written conformation if labour only.
